Pure NY Grade A “Amber color – Rich taste”. All syrup is hot packed in a premium quality plastic jug.
Maple Syrup Jug Size: A standard serving size is about 2 fl oz. A half-gallon has 64 fl oz., and a quart has 32 fl oz. Maple syrup must be refrigerated after opening but it can also be frozen for indefinite storage!
Color Information: The color / flavor of maple syrup is mainly controlled by the temperature and environmental conditions at the time the sap is harvested. Our 2023 crop was all Amber Rich or lighter in color. For this reason we do not have the Dark Robust syrup offered. Next year may be different!
